Breakfast (2): Oatmeal with fruit — apples & cinnamon, berries, maple syrup

Lunch (1): Soup/salad and sandwich — lentil veg soup, citrus salad [mixed greens, oranges, chickpeas, avocado]

Dinner (1): Grilled veggies — tomato, zucchini, squash, potatoes, and sweet potatoes with Italian veg burgers

Snacks: Fruit, nuts, bars — tangerines, bananas, dried fruit

She is a master trainer for Paddle Into Fitness, leading instructor certifications. Audrey also teaches SUP yoga and SUP fitness. When Audrey isn’t playing in the water, she creates plant-based recipes, teaches cooking classes, and coaches clients.
