I work with clients of all ages, helping them become more aware of and improve their body’s movements. Pilates, Feet-Ness, and ELDOA help me achieve these goals.  As a teacher, I encourage my clients to be their best. I love to motivate them, so they keep smiling and never give up.

A little about me…

I am a dancer who fell in love with Pilates. I began dancing at a very young age and was becoming aware of its toll on my body.  Movement has always been a part of my life and upon experiencing my first Pilates session, I knew this was something I could continue when I was ready to leave the stage.
