Thursday, Oct. 5th

  • 2:00 pm - check-in: Welcome (snacks and drinks prepped) 

  • 3:00 pm - Head to the studio

  • 3:30-5:30 pm - Introductions & group pilates session, including ELDOA (at the studio)

  •  6:30 pm - DINNER  with Audrey 

  • After dinner - TEA nightcap/review schedule and any other topics missed. 

Friday, Oct. 6th

  • 7:00 am - Day 1: Morning meditation & journal 

  • 7:30 am - Breakfast

    LOAD UP 8:45 am 

  • 9:30-11:30 am - SUP Lessons @ Wattson Lake — Lynann leads warm-up

  • 12:00-12:55 pm - ELDOA, including myofascial stretching 

  • 1:00-4:00 pm - Lunch & smoothies w/ Audrey / Pilates Private sessions/massages/downtime 

  • 5:00 pm - HIKE 

  • 7:00 pm - Dinner with Audrey 

  • 8:30 pm - Sound Bath/ Nightcap

Saturday, Oct. 7th

  • 7:00-7:45 am - Day 2: Morning pilates/meditation

  • 8:15 am - Breakfast

    LOAD UP 9:00 am

  • 10:00 am -11:30 SUP lesson @ Goldwater or lynx lake — Audrey leads warm-up

  • 12:30-1:30 pm - ELDOA, including myofascial stretches

  • 1:30 pm-4:30 pm - Pilates privates, massage/ down time. Lunch & smoothies with Audrey 

  • 5:00 pm - Tour Downtown/shopping time

  • 7:30 pm - Dinner downtown — not included in the price

  • After dinner - TEA Nightcap/review schedule and any other topics missed. 

Sunday, Oct. 8th

  • 6:30 am - Breakfast 

  • 8:00 am - Day 3 Group pilates lesson, including ELDOA at the studio

  • 9:00 am - Paddle @ Willow Lake

  • 10:30-noon - Clean up /check out

  •  Brunch at Local — not included in the price

  • Audrey - Cooking all, except the last day… could make dinner on Saturday night, what would you prefer? 

  • Lindsay does yoga

  • SUP lessons could be broken into groups and different techniques/drills

  • https://www.prescottoutdoors.com/ SUP rentals may be for newbies, $35 an hour, which for a new person could be perfect both in time and price.
