I seek to inspire my clients to move and

enjoy their lives

more passionately

I am a dancer who fell in love with Pilates. I began dancing at a very young age and was becoming aware of its toll on my body.  Movement has always been a part of my life. After my first Pilates session, I knew this was something I could continue when I was ready to leave the stage.  With every lesson, my passion grew for this method, to the point I wanted to share it with others. In 2008 I was certified in classical Pilates through Romana’s Pilates in NYC.

I seek to inspire my clients to move and enjoy their lives more passionately. In 2017, my good friend, Ilaria Cavagna, created FEET-NESS, an in-depth program focused on the feet.  I earned my certification in 2018 and became a brand ambassador.

Ilaria and my coworkers at Pilates on 66 introduced me to the ELDOA method.  I was immediately hooked. ELDOA, created by french osteopath Guy VOYER, DO, is a method to deco apt joints in the spine, shoulder girdle, rib cage, pelvis, and SI joint resulting in less pain, more space in the joint, more hydration, better fascia tissue, more blood flow, and a heightened awareness and proprioception of the joint. After many hours of studying and practicing, I have become ONE OF 106 certified ELDOA trainers worldwide (May 2019)

I work with clients of all ages, helping them become more aware of and improve their body’s movements. Pilates, Feet-Ness, and ELDOA help me achieve these goals.  As a teacher, I encourage my clients to be their best. I love to motivate them, so they keep smiling and never give up.

Teaching each and every client continues to make my heart full!! In every session, I see my clients gaining the confidence to reach for more.  Every day I seek to continue to grow personally and professionally. My dedication and drive to help others to be pain-free, strong, and flexible has led me to love what I do.
